All sales are final

Because access is delivered instantly and digital products can't be returned, a purchase is considered used once access is delivered. All purchases made on pathwaytodigital.com are non-refundable and can't be exchanged.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through providers such as Stripe or PayPal using encrypted connections. We don't store your card details.

Didn't receive your access?

If your access link doesn't arrive after purchase, contact [email protected] with your payment details and we'll make sure you get it as quickly as possible.

Changes

TWW Logistics LLC may update prices, product details and this policy without prior notice. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the master resell rights digital product Passive Digital Mastery (the "Product") provided by Pathway to Digital, operated by TWW Logistics LLC. By accessing or using the Product, you agree to this Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the Product.

Grant of licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and sell the Product in line with this Agreement and the Distribution Rights. The licence lasts for as long as you own master resell rights to the Product.

Intellectual property

The Product, including its content, design, logos and trademarks, is the property of Francesca Fields, the creator of Passive Digital Mastery, or her licensors. Pathway to Digital sells it under master resell rights. You have no ownership rights in the Product beyond the master resell rights granted here.

Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Product, your breach of this Agreement, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

Termination

We may end or suspend your licence without notice if you breach this Agreement. If that happens, you must stop using the Product and destroy any copies.

Changes and entire agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time, and changes take effect once posted. This Agreement and the Distribution Rights are the entire agreement between you and us about the Product.

No income guarantees

Business risks

Running any business, including selling this Product, involves risk. You're responsible for your own decisions, results and any losses.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use or promotion of the Product, including lost profits or business interruption.

Pricing rules

You may not sell the Product below the minimum price set in the Distribution Rights licence you receive with your purchase. You may sell it for any price above that. Discounts are only allowed when the Product is paired with Online Profit Secrets, and the combined price must not fall below the bundle minimum in that licence.
